This Privacy Policy describes how Greenday Movement ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Greenday Movement app.
1. What data we collect
Account information
Email address and display name when you create an account.
Workout data
Training log entries (date, weather condition colour), streaks, medals, and sport profile preferences (temperature range, wind tolerance, rain tolerance) that you create within the app.
Location data
Your approximate location is used only to fetch the local weather forecast. Location data is not stored on our servers and is never shared with third parties beyond the weather API request.
Device information
Basic device identifiers (such as push notification tokens) required to deliver in-app notifications. No device fingerprinting or advertising IDs are collected.
Payment information
Subscription status and transaction identifiers. Full payment details (card numbers, etc.) are handled entirely by Apple and RevenueCat — we never see or store raw payment data.
2. How we use your data
- Provide personalised weather-based training recommendations.
- Calculate and display your training streaks, medals, and Greenday Score.
- Send daily push notifications when conditions are ideal for your sport (only if you enable them).
- Process and validate subscription purchases and partner discount codes.
- Respond to support requests and improve the app.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling beyond the features described above.
3. Third-party services
Your account data, workout history, and preferences are stored on Supabase servers in the EU.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including your workout history, streak, medals, and profile — is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems. There is no retention period, and the deletion cannot be undone.
5. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time directly in the app:
App → Settings → Account → "Delete account" → confirm by typing DELETE
Account deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no retention period, and the data cannot be recovered. All your data is removed from our servers. You can also request deletion by emailing support@lovsol.com.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

- •Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- •Request deletion of your data.
- •Object to or restrict certain processing.
- •Data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
